Increase Your Home’s Value by $10,000 Plus. It is a common question: What do I need to do to get my house ready for sale? To which I reply: “Let’s not just get ready; let’s increase your home’s value!” Every seller want to net more money…Don’t you? Here is how (in less than 200 words). Paint the front door. Water the grass, pull the weeds, cut back over growth. Paint the fascia. Clean or replace the siding. Wash the windows. Smell nice not doggy. Clear the clutter (remove 80% of everything in the house!) even the closets. Get rid of the accent wall and paint neutral natural colors. Fix the leaks. Reseat the toilets. Fix the cabinet door hinges and drawers. Clean the kitchen cabinets and hardware or replace them. Put in new kitchen counter tops. Clean the grout and leave NO DARK STAINS anywhere!!! Consider replacing the shingle roof. Install dual pane windows. Clean or replace the carpet. Make the 70’s linoleum go away! Make the pool sparkle. Clean out the garage. Make your home look and feel happy. Can’t do it all? No problem. Just do everything you can. It could be worth $10,000 for you.
