I feel very happy to finally sit down and sing your praises. When I went into the house selling process I wanted it to be in very capable hands as I am a complete novice and hate legalese!
I chose you because I saw your name on the Sold sign at my neighbors’ house. It said "sold in 5 days" and I said to myself...I need that person!
Your calm and reassuring expertise and incredible accessibility stand out for me. Your honesty about pricing and jumping in with open houses when I had barely signed the listing agreement showed me that you meant business and that my house sale at my price was as important to you as it was to me.
Thank you so very much for the handholding and the race across the finish line!
And, btw... my highest and heartfelt recommendation is hard to come by...so, Well Done!!
