Virtually every buyer begins their home search on the internet. Those cell phone photos are awful! People want to see GREAT photos. #2 Get your home in A+ condition, especially the front yard. The object is to get buyers inside your house. A messy unappealing front is a turn off and a turns buyers away. Put at least half of your belongs in storage and stage your house like a model home. This is easier than you think and it makes a huge difference.
#1 If you want to get the most for your home price your home below market value. You are more likely to get multiple offers and drive the price up when buyers sense that it is a terrific value.
